Monthly game played at the George Golf Club on Sunday 1st April (April Fools Day). The course was setup very easy due to maintenance work on a few of the tees. Either it was an April Fools joke, or we were confused with the Ladies Amateur Championships played there earlier in the week. Is this confusion because of our Pink Shirts.
Jokes aside, the course was in very good nick, especially the greens, and congratulations to the George staff for yet another good day.

Additional thanks to Old Mutual for hosting the Old Mutual International Pairs tournament on the same day. Mike Carr from Gauteng (also a Nomad) flew down to co-ordinate the event. We made the 50 pairs for the day, and 4 pairs proceeded through to the regional finals in Port Elizabeth.
Dave Meyer conducted a lenient fines session. A special thanks to our Pink Ladies, Berti, Helen & June for your dedication in having to deal with us men.
