Mossel Bay Nov 2007

Monthly game played at the Mossel Bay Golf Club on Sunday 11th November. Once again, the weather started off kindly, but as the afternoon wore on, we were theated to the norm (howling winds). A special thanks to Andre van der Heever and the staff of TOR Construction for their fantastic sponsorship for the day. I had the pleasure of playing with the Club Captain, Mike Atterbury and Tom Nel, visiting us from Northerns.

When we arrived at the 15th tee and were greeted by Andre and his team from TOR, we were fed steaks and beer, and little did I know that I would show them something special for their kind gesture. I was last to hit after messing the last hole up, and with 9 iron in hand, calmly aced the hole.
(Eds Note - It is his 1st in 27 years).
The bell was rang after prize-giving and the stayers had a little refreshment on Glenrand MIB.
