Goose Valley Dec 2007

Monthly game moved from Knysna to Goose Valley at short notice due to the heavy rains, and the Knysna course being totally unplayable. The game was played on Sunday 2nd December in favourable conditions. I had the pleasure of playing with our local sponsor, Neal Perks of Stanmar Motors, the Goose Valley club captain Peter Baxter and our very own Jeff Clause. Congrats to Peter and his course staff for a great but tough course, and to Mel, the prize table was awesome !

5 Year ties were received by Colin Buck, Willem Cronje, Antonie Grobler and Louis Esselen. We also inducted 3 new nomads, Leon Campher, Michael Kamener and Peter Southey. Welcome to a great club.

A special thanks to our "pink ladies", Berti, June, Sandra and Helen for your help and long day. I hope the special lunch was great.
