Simola July 2006

Monthly game played at the beautiful Simola Golf Club on Sunday 23rd July. The weather was very good winters day, and the course had drained far better after the rains, as was the case for our Andrew Mentis Day in June. By looking at the scores, we must have played a seriously challenging course. Thanks very much to our hosts, Alistair Beaumont and Meyer Du Toit.

The fines session for the day was conducted by our Captain, Joe Van Wyk. Thanks to the Pink Ladies for their days work. We really appreciate it.




We also, officially, handed over our Andrew Mentis Donation of R80,000 to Sinethemba in Knysna. We helped purchase a Toyota Condor for them. Pictured here is David Crowe, Michael Smit and John Richards.
