Nationals 2007
Final Day
We did it, we did not come in the bottom three. Our team excelled and finished 7th overall.
This was thanks to a couple of good scores in the 30's for the last round.
Congrats to Gerry Ham for ending up as the Southern Cape Champ, and to Fanie DuPlessis as runner-up Eclectic position in the A Division.
Again, well done guys.

Day 4 & 5
I seem to have misplaced some info, or lost it totally. It is quite infectuos, as I think it also affected my swing today. Your captain could only muster a mere 26 pts today !!!!!!!!!!!!! No WIND or RAIN ..... Tut tut tut.
But thanks to the performance of the rest of the side we could ease up the ladder tonight.
Day 3
Weather really was kind, and was very favourable. Clear skies and hardly any wind.
Congrats to Terry Dimatellis for collecting the worst-playing fourball prize with our National Vice Chairman, Glen Dalton.
Fanie DuPlessis was also a prize winner in the drawn fourballs.
We dropped a place in the Bert Hunt from 7th to 8th, so we are still on schedule to improve.
On the previous day we had good scores from a few of our players who achieved the following :
Les Marais - 3rd B Division
Flats Huisamen , Les Marais & Terry Dimatellis in the Drawn 4 Ball.
Gerald Anderson - R500 in Van's 100

Day 2
The weather in the morning was terrible. Rain and wind, hot and cold. It subsided a bit in the afternoon. Scores appear to be a little better.
After day one we were 9th out of 14.
Scoreboard updated with am round today.
Note Mark Ward-Able's score is 28.

Day 0 - Before the Bert Hunt Challenge
The team has been filtering in from Friday, and on Saturday 17H30 the East London Golf Course handed the Club over to Nomads. Captains and Natex Members hoised all flags.
On the left is a picture of most of the flags.
Ours is very near the end.
Weather conditions are quite good here in Sunday (by East London standards).
